Help! Does anyone own one of these and had problems? I'm disillusioned with local engineers I've rung (but will keep trying),as can't seem to get someone out to look at it. It started filling, then just stopped, won't start the programme, although some background humming noise suggests trying to fill and/or heat the water. Plumbing okay, hose, valve, water pressure etc. Suspect an electrical fault, maybe the PCB.
Unfortunately, out of warranty and Zanussi, I'm told, charges 100 call out. Thanks. :O)

Many thanks for your reply. I had the washing machine bloke out this morning (finally!) and it was some things stuck in the tubes! A piece of what looked like rag and an underwire from a bra (dratted things!). All sorted. Really pleased. Will tell people I bought it from. Beware the bra underwires! Thanks all. :O)
