washing machine trouble

Can anyone tell me why my washing machine has suddenly started leaving the fabric conditioner behind?When it has finished a cycle, I open the drawer and the compartment is full of diluted Lenor...any ideas why this has started happening????

this happens to mine as well.have you tried cleaning the drawer out.as my fabric conditioner seems to solidify

Take the drawer completely out, and wash in hot soapy water. You sometimes get a build-up of residue which hardens off and blocks the thing. This can happen with wash liquid as well, and can take a while to get it all off, so you may need to soak it for a bit first. Also, I've found that this tends to happen if you use too much fabric conditioner, so i cut down on it and haven't had a problem since. Just sounds like a blockage somewhere though.
