At present there isn't a true blue rose available (but apparently there's a new one in Japan). Blue Moon usually turns out to be a wishy-washy lilac colour but if you google "Rhapsody in Blue rose" it's a lovely purple/blue rose which is very fragrant. My sister has it so I know!

I agree that blue moon is a bit paler and tends to stem weakness but the scent is amazing. I have rhapsody in blue as well which is definitely a deeper colour but still not true blue
