Caterpillars are eating my Brussel Sprouts leaves. What can I do to stop this please.

they've hatched now so just pull 'em off and stamp on them!

Eat the sprouts yourself quick before some more arrive.

Thanks for your help. The brussells haven't actually grown yet, they are still leaves.
After picking the caterpillars off, look carefully for the unhatched eggs & crush them. Then get some fleece & cover the plants so that the butterflies can't lay their eggs on them. Enjoy your sprouts later in the year!
