Removing biro from a PVC tablecloth

Any tips on removing biro from a PVC tablecloth? My three-year-old went bonkers with a Bic!
Tried soap and water, Jif (Sorry, Cif) and Flash spray but it ain't moving.

My local �1 shop sells PVC tablecloths, I have always considered these as disposable items � although ones of better quality may last longer (to be honest, I have a Christmassy one which is 2 years old).

I take wine stains to be part of their charm, or try to hide them with place mats.
If you are entertaining using a PVC tablecloth, I don�t think your guests will be concerned at Biro or any other marks on the tablecloth.

The credit crunch has really started to bite !!!
