It's a long shot, but does anyone know of a company in the Stoke on Trent area that will supply and fit a bespoke fire door? I can find suppliers, and fitters for standard doors, but I need someone who will make and fit a 78x34" door (rather than the standard 332"). It's a solid panel light oak internal door for a new build house.

Doors come in 3 inch incremental sizes. You could try finding a 36 inch wide door and have it trimmed down. Internal panel doors to FD30 rating in light oak finish do exist but I agree that finding one wider than 33 inches is going to be tough.

is it not possible to make the frame to suit the door
and/or to include intumescent strip for a optional standard 78" x 33" door HTH Tez

Thanks all it's really annoying, it's for work; a customer's fire door has been damaged and we need to replace it, but can we find a 34" door anywhere?!?!
