Ever since I descaled my dishwasher, as I usually do, with white vinegar, everything I wash in it made of glass has gone all cloudy with a sort of powdery film over it. Any ideas? I always descale with white vinegar and am topped up on Rinse Aid & Salt, would appreciate any suggestions
Thanks in advance.

a couple of things,

check the salt is good quality.

check the filter is clean.

check the rinse aid setting, ( turn it down to it's lowest setting that leaves the glasses clear. your dish washer tabs should have rinse aid inbuilt but it usually helps to give them a slight boost. )

run it through on it's hottest wash cycle to de-gunge it

if these things don't work try a dishwasher descaler just to be sure. (in case the vinegar didn't work last time )
sorry cant help you with your problem, but did you know you can steam a fish in a dishwasher , but dont forget to wrap it in foil fist. hope this is of some help lol

Thanks markja, the salt is Tesco's own brand which I've always used without problems. Will turn down rinse aid and see if that helps as my tablets do have it built in, and check the filter. I will run a hot wash, did you mean to do it without anything in at all first time? Thanks for your help

Stuelwell, foil fist is a new one on me!!!
Do you not think slightly long winded steaming a fish when you can actually steam a fish in a steamer in about 4 mins?!?

Thank you for your valued opinion and helpful information
