Had my twin cordless Phillips phones for a few months, bought refurbished, they have starting being wierd, like they ring and stop, but when i call the person back they didn't phone, and i rang home spoke to my mom and the line just dies after about 15 secs. Have spoke to Telewest who said there is no fault with the line. Do you think new batteries would help? Cheers x

it probably is the batteries as the rechargable ones dont last forever and mine just used to cut me off in mid sentence like that but i now have a philips one and it normally beeps when the battery is getting low.worth changing them to see it it solves the problem but seems weird that it rings of its own accord like that.
Phone Phillips UK helpline. I had a problem with my Phillips phones a few weeks ago & was going to go out and buy new ones. Thought I would phone them 1st (battery picture on phone was showing fully charged) Turns out that the phone had to be re-registered to the base station (apparently this occurs sometimes if the phone base has been unplugged) My phones where completely dead and following Phillips instructions they're now fine. They are really helpful - hope you get the same good result as me!
