Somebody....probably one of the local toerags has seen fit to paint a large area of my wooden gate and the latch with anti vandalism paint. I have been out and wiped as much as I could with tissue, the latch is ok but not sure how to remove it from the gate at the moment I have stuck tissue over itto try preventing anybodies clothes getting ruined, Is it possible to paint over it to seal it in?

I'm not sure I know what kind of paint you mean. What is "anti vandalism" paint, and do I understand you to say that it doesn't dry ?

It is a paint used to prevent graffitti and looks almost like axle grease until it is painted properly, as it stands at the moment i have wiped most of it off with tissue and left some of the tissue stuck to it to try and prevent anyone catching their clothes on it and to make it clear just where it is.

Thank you

you could contact your local council, ask to speak to the anti vandalism department (probably have a different name). \they will be likely to have used this paint for the proper reasons and therfore will have delt with accidental spilages and getting it on work clothes
