You may recall my problems with british gas service contracts with my combi boiler ?
Well - after 5 visits - they have decided that it was a hose leaking !!
The boiler is ancient anyway and needs replacing
How do I work out the required output for my 3 bedroomed semi ?

The problem was a dripping in the house from below the boiler
and the overflow pipe on the outside wall was also dripping - which he reckoned was a valve gone inside....
