I have a black wraparound dress made from a kind of jersey material (stretchy and flowy, quite popular recently, hopefully ou know the kind I mean). I've just washed it on a 30 degree delicate wash. I didn't use too much powder or fabric conditioner. I took it out the machine the moment the door unlocked. I hung it up to dry and when I returned to it I can see watermarks all over the dress. It almost looks as if I've attempted to tie-dye it because of the patterns it's made. They're on both the inside and outside of the dress. I haven't re-washed it yet. Is there any way of removing these? Would dry cleaning it help?

how do you know they are water marks ? ... if they are marks that are paler than the original colour they can be caused by the bleach in the detergent ... assuming you used a bio detergent ...
