I'm hopefully soon moving into a house with an en-suite bathroom which has a shower cubicle in. Has anyone got any tips on how best to keep the shower cubicle and door clean bearing in mind it will mostly be used by my boyfriend who is unlikely to wipe it all down to dry it off after each use so it will probably be a once a week through clean.

Thanks

I would strong reccommend a Steam Cleaner - I hear the ones made by Karcher are pretty good. They clean by using steam and not chemicals.
pink - Here's the way I do mine.Stand in the shower, start with the walls first, turn the showerhead sideways & turn shower on (so the water runs down the wall & not on you! )Use a soft flannel ( so not to scratch the tiles ) wet the flannel & lather up with some washing up liquid, clean the whole wall area & leave rinsing till later. Next clean the doors in the same way. Rinse away all the area's you have cleaned with the showerhead. Next, if you haven't any ' Dettol mould & mildew remover ' invest in some, it's excellent!! Spray any problem area's & wait for 5 min's then rinse. Lastly, use a cream cleaner on the shower base & rinse clean. By the way, a bottle brush is brilliant to clean the waste water outlet! No need to dry off the interior of the door/ doors, it will clear by itself.

Wow! Was going to recommend Dettol mould remover and Viakal - but beaten to it!

btw - Boots sell a denture cleaning brush which is ideal for scrubbing grouting
Ah pink what you already do i.e.spending a couple of minutes wiping everything down is by far and away the best maintenance. So the obvious answer is to give your boyfriend an ultimatum or swap him for one who will appreciate the finer things in life.
After all, if he is to bloody lazy to spend a couple of minutes cleaning a shower he has has to go. Do you really want to share your life with a sloppy guy!!!
