Hi, possibly a stupid question but i'll ask it anyways... My GF got a carpet from CarpetRight yesterday. She had it cut straight off the roll and took it home herself. When she got back to her place she laid it out on the floor (not fitted, just rolled out to get a feel for it) but realised it was way too light for the room (the shop lights wheren't that bright) and is now unhappy with her choice. She says they'll take it back and give her a credit note or something, i said no they won't as theres nothing actualy wrong with the carpet. She insisted i ask so here i am asking. I might be wrong. It's probably up to CarpetRight but i don't see them taking it back.

Phone Carpet Right and ask them.

They are not legally obliged to take it back unless they display signs stating they will.

However, they may do as a goodwill gesture.
If it was Walterwall they would.
