how can you tell if a big fat wasp is building a nest in my house. I leave my window open and im sure the same fat wasp keeps coming in and going in my wardrobe. Do wasps build the nest then lay or do they lay as they build. Im terrified of looking in my wardrobe in case millions of wasps come out and sting me. Help Help

If it is, indeed, a wasp, there will be several at one time. they have to build the grey, paper like glopw attached to something substantial before laying eggs. The random one you are seeing is probably enticed by some smells but this could, in turn, draw others as well. Best to put up a screen, no?
