Why does my radiator stay warm in centre but hot round the edges

it needs bleeding.

If it is hot all around and also the top it is probably insufficient flow, sticking valve or system needs balancing.

Theres a good chance that its sludged up remove and flush

Thats what i cant understand. Its been bled & nothing but water coming out.
