Hi folks, I've just managed to burn a dish of roasted ratatouille (Delia's recipe for those who are interested), had to thrown it all in the bin, but there's loads of baked on stuff still lurking on the glass ovenproof dish (to make things worse, it was the first time I had used this dish, grrrr...). It was my fault, my friend popped round and we were busy talking .... say no more. Just wondering if anyone can offer any advice about getting all this baked on stuff off ... any recommended product perhaps - I've tried a couple of Steradent tablets in hot water in the dish - it usually works every time, but it's just not budging this time! Help, please .... !

Leave to soak in a bowl of hot water with or three dishwasher tablets dissolved, and if necessary scrub with a stainless steel ball thing
