Caster wheels seem to have got so stiff they barely roll. They can spin around but not roll . Maybe blocked with carpet hairs but has any body any idea how to get them rolling again. I tried vinegar and baking soda, and also bleach but to no effect. Thanks guys

WD 40 has a thousand uses
i wonder why you used baking soda and vinegar - surely they counteract each other with one being acid and one alkali?
also, what were you hoping to achieve? if you can see its hair causing it you need to remove the hair.
if you dont know it's hair i'd try some oil or lubricant
Actually 2,000 confirmed uses, & the guy that invented it gave up the patent for peanuts

Replace them with new ones?
Try castor oil ;-)
