Just a thought, depending on how far the heads are in whatever they have screwed together. Maybe get some mole grips on the head of the screw and twist it out that way, however if the head is flush to whatever they have screwed together then that will be difficult without damaging whatever the screw is in.
When faced with some tamper proof torx screws, I managed to find these driver bits (in France), and very useful they were too:
