Further to my previous question. Should I ring them, if so on what number, or send an email ? Can’t find an email address for them. Thanks all.

i havent read you previous q but if you are changing energy suppliers, just choose who you're going with and they do all that

I expect they will contact you once they hear you are planning to leave!

You choose a new supplier, sign up with them (online is best) and they do all the necessary - don't contact British Gas yourself.

It seems unlikely they have people to ring you - they never have anyone there when you ring them!
