my plum tree had no plums lasr year this year i ts full of white flowers does that mean i will get plenty plums

Yes...unless the birds get to them first.
Plum trees are like that .. the one I have had no fruit two years ago and last year the weight of the plums broke the branches !
Mrs Hymie has a plum tree in near full bloom with blossom – but only one, the others are still budding. Without another close-by tree for cross pollination there is no certainty of any crop at all.
The weather is also a factor, the forecast cold snap won't help
We have minus 3 forecast for tonight .. hope that wont kill off the buds that are just forming.
Sharp frosts and lack of pollinators can be disastrous even with self-fertile varieties.
