Re the spring washer.
I'm just assembling a new wheelbarrow at the moment and I'm not quite sure where abouts the spring washer go's.
There are solid washers also, so am I right in assuming that the spring washer always go's behind the nut ?
Can someone refresh me before I do the final tightening.

Fit the washers in this order:
next to the barrow fit the solid washer, then the spring washer, then the nut.
