I was doing a cluttering under the stairs today and I knew I couldnt kneel down because if I did I would never get up./this was under the stairs trying to get out dirt and out from, under stairs.

I kews if I went on ro my knees - i would never get up.

This is what I was to be able to do - get down on the two knees and be able to get up simply.

Any exercises out there - guy - many thanks.

Down and up if I fall on the floor - I want to be able to jump easily enough.
What about a garden kneeler, they have handles to help you up.

After I broke my kneecap I bought a stepper machine to build up strength.
I can't get up easily either.

I once collapsed in the street one evening after work. Once I fully realised what had happened I decided just to lie there as it was easier than trying to get up. I was helped to my feet by a nice young man. I declined an ambulance but ended up having to see a Cardiologist.

I'd better get back to bed. Night.
A pair of hard 'industrial' knee-pads. Despite appearances you won't even know you're wearing them.
Only drawback, you might forget and wear them to the shops.
See a physio. Take Maxi for longer and quicker walks. Get a stepper.
