My BEKO tumble dryer has stopped working. Motor is working but drum is not turning. Any advice as to way forward would be appreciated. including replace with a washer dryer.

Does the drum turn easily when you turn it by hand?

I wouldn't get a washer dryer, the drum isn't big enough.

Same thing happened to mine. Got it fixed and the same thing happened again after two uses. I'd just buy a new one.

It could be something as simple as the belt snapping. Do you want to get it fixed or replace? A few months ago I bought a Samsung Ecobubble washer dryer and I really can't fault it.

Probably the belt has slipped off or snapped. The tensioner may not be operating properly. If your reasonably handy with a screwdriver take a look at youtube for a fix it video.
