Being used for next generation, and sections are coming apart. Can someone recommend a strong plastic glue please??

I think Gorilla glue will stick most things.
Very few Glues are suitable to stick plastic . Epoxy resin (araldite) is probably the best choice !
I've used Gorilla glue successfully on some plastic

Now now, Eddie knows best, as always ;o)
As Eddie has said very few glues, if any, are really suitable for a permanent bond between thick plastics such as Lexan or Plexiglass. You need a liquid solution to actually fuse, melt, in essence, weld the sheets together. Do a Google for 'plastic bonders' or similar wording.
