Is There Anywhere To Get Original Floor Plans For A House?

I have been requested the original floor plans for my house for an application, and discovered the council and other registries appear not to keep them so is there any other archive who may do?

Unlikely.
Are you sure you need to provide 'orignal' plans or plans simply showing the 'existing' arrangement?

If you live in Europe but outside the UK then the local authority and/or other establishment is nearly certain to have them if the building was constructed in the last 100 years or so (more in some places). If not then you are very likely out of luck, although if you live in Scotland you may just try the Register of Sasines (unsure if that is the correct name) because they may have something useful for you or be able to point you in a useful direction.
