Well I don’t mind discussing prices. It’s a really really low cost area. So we paid 43k and sold it for 64k (minus 2k renovation costs and solicitors)

On our return earlier today from a New York trip, we had some good news from our eldest son and his girlfriend that they have exchanged today on their 3 bedroomed house, which has been refurbished throughout....moving in Thursday. :-)
