Frozen Condensate Pipe

Hi I have unfrozen my condensate pipe but the burner does not fire up,cannot get engineer soon due to weather conditions , I have flicked the reset but nothing happens any ideas please
Power on light is on, Flame Failure light is on but Burner light not on

Fixed it now Switched off mains and back on seemed to do the trick maybe Thnx Spath was going to do that as you said but then thought maybe the firefighters were under pressure to respond quickly
