How Much Should I Expect To Pay

To bring the Aerial cable down through to sitting room (its in a bungalow)
And fix a t.v. to the wall

Need to know if the wall is stud or brick, is there access to the loft, are you happy to have the cable surface, is the aerial already installed, are you supplying the tv bracket?

Block wall doug, yes access to loft, yes ok if cable shows can always cover later, aerial is already on roof, and yes I have the tv bracket.

Mates rates, about £50 plus tea and ginger nuts. Not much more than an hours work I think.
