Cupboards Not As Dry As They Used To Be

My boiler was removed, leaving a very useful cupboard-space. The cupboard next to it was always a coat-cupboard. Both cupboards used to be warm and dry because of the boiler and the hot-water pipes, but now I feel they just might be getting a bit fusty. The new pipes don't go anywhere near these cupboards, so I don't think a plumber could fix a little radiator there. Is there any other answer ?

If there is a nearby power source search for wardrobe heaters, take the edge off a cold damp musty cupboard very well.
Little rad would probably work out cheapest to run. Could use it as an airing cupboard.
