So would I.
I've got Lino but it looks like a wooden floor - best of worlds will give you product name later
Luxury vynyl for toilet....no gaps.....

Karndean Looselay for the rest....x
Flooring is called Rhinofloor looks like hardwood flooring
I'd go for the luxury vinyl. It looks as good as wood, but doesn't warp if it gets damp, as long as there are no gaps.

Thanks all
Vinyl tiles look like......vinyl tiles
Timber looks quality. Go for an engineered board tho, not solid (much less likely to warp / twist).
Solid oak. There is no downside to it that I've found. Ceramic tiles on kitchen and bathroom floors though. Vinyl is never 'luxury'. It's cheap and nasty.
Solid oak can warp / cup / twist if water gets under it. An engineered board won't (oak with a plywood backing) and doesn't look any different.
