I am using some 6.3x45mm Confirmat screws to build a cabinet carcase.
I am using 18mm MDF.
Before I cause irreparable damage can someone confirm the 2 drill sizes for the pilot holes for me, please?

Many thanks. :o)

I've used something similar, but never this particular type. Worth measuring the head diameter though. Should be 10mm. I would guess you drill the 10mm first to a depth sufficient to lose the head. Then use a 5mm bit for the thread. To be sure, I would have a trial run on a spare couple of pieces of MDF first.
