Tupperware Rice Steamer

I have found a Tupperware rice/fish steamer at the back of a cupboard. I seem to remember that it steamed rice and fish really well. I can't remember how long I need to leave the rice for. Can anyone help?

Thanks wired, I'll give it a try. I know I used it and it was good but it must have been over 30 years ago.
