....to walking stick users......

If you are in a crowded foyer and leaning heavily on your walking stick it's a good idea to keep the stick perpendicular and close to your body ......... .......otherwise .....

Gness will trip over it, sending you and your glass of wine flying into the arms of the man you were talking to........and herself headfirst onto a table of full coffee cups and cream cakes......☺

Fresh cream?
Please allow me to correct Gness's post, as she seems to have missed a bit out:

"If you are in a crowded foyer where both alcohol and thus, inevitably, Gness are both present, and leaning heavily on your walking stick . . ."

For Chris....for reasons I am too embarrassed to recount I wasn't allowed any alcohol today.......☺

No alcohol?...was that before or after the leap into the cream cakes??
What we'll now imagine, Gness, is probably even worse than the embarrassing incident that actually happened ;-)

I leapt into the cakes stone cold sober, Pasta.....

The last time I went to a very serious play with these friends I fell asleep and, at what I'm told was a very sad and emotional moment on stage, I snored so loudly the audience burst out laughing......so today I was plied with black coffee....☻

Cory....I take it you don't fancy a day out with me?..... :-(
anyone in the crowded foyer wondering what the pandemonium was about were probably told 'don't worry, that'll be gness' ...

Can I ask gness? Do these things actually really happen to you? As funny as they are (and they are!) I find it difficult to believe that so many mishaps can happen to one person.

No offence meant BTW- just genuinely curios.
curious*
I shall heed your warning gness, thank you for the smile though.
Gness, I am sorry but I laughed so hard I had a coughing fit !! Bless you for cheering me up !
Not till I get me legs fixed and off me crutches Gness.....
