I think lead crystal has a bluish tinge in the light. My Waterford glass does.

Lead crystal is a lot heavier , if you can find a bottle the same size that you know is just glass and compare the weight you can tell the difference.

It should 'sing' if lightly tapped with a pencil or similar.
