I have a Worcester Greenstar 37cdi all working fine has regards to heating/ hot water, my problem is that the fan is well over running its time, and in some cases not cutting out at all, any help would be great, the boiler is 6 yrs old. Thanks

I have the same problem on my boiler (not the same make/model), but almost certainly it is due to a component failure on the control pcb.

The fan on my boiler is continuously running slow (not at full speed) - I have calculated that the additional running costs are less than the cost of a new pcb.

Ok thanks for that Hymie, yes the cost is not much for it to run but I was thinking along the lines of the bearing over working, not sure if there my be a relay switch some where so it will be interesting to see if there are any more answers. Thanks again for your input!!
Bit of a shot in the dark, Will. I seem to remember that some Worcesters have a fan overrun time adjustment.

Carried out at service time, I think. I expect the manual is online. Have a read up.

Thanks for your input B, do have a manual but no mention of any adjustment, but as with lots of manuals they restrict what they tell you, has if I didn't no why :) you've only got to look at the Haynes car manuals they are still printing the same instructions as they was 30yrs ago, not worth buying one. thank god for this site sometimes. cheers mate.
