Brown uPVC Windows

I have new uPVC windows installed in an extension. The walls were plastered after the windows were installed and some of the wet plaster got into the 'grain' in the window frame. Has anyone any idea as to how to remove it?

Try a small amount of WD40 on a clean cloth if you have brown upvc.
