Heard that if you run at a high temperature with some bleach in it that might work.
Run the machine empty on a hot wash with some soda crystals.

Leave the door open and check the seal for crud periodically.
Eccles is right, put a big dose - perhaps a quarter or a third of a bag - of washing soda in.

Run it on the hottest wash, without a prewash.

Don't do whites on the next wash, as it may loosen some of the grey gunk tha builds up. Best to wash the towels you use for the pets first.

After that always leave the door open when it is not in use.

Knew you would be able to help, will certainly run some soda crystals through it. Thanks you
Do you use liquids or gels at lower temperatures? This is why there are lots of complaints about washing machine odours.
It can be prevented by doing the occasional hot wash using powder. (Powders contain bleaching agents that prevent bacteria and moulds growing - liquids do not).
And -yes - leave the door and powder dispenser drawer open to allow air to circulate.
What I do is put a cloth in between thr drum and the seal when the wash is fi is finished. Water collects there and it can smell if not removed. I always put a scoop full of washing crystals in the wash it helps keep limes ale and germs at bay.
