Other than jam and summer pudding, what else could I do with a small crop of blackcurrants. (Needs to be reasonably easy!)

Pies, crumbles

freeze them to use later
Cook them with some sugar & have them warm with some ice cream.
Do they really need to be topped and tailed? Any ideas as to how to avoid that?

Not being a jam maker I usually leave them for the birds to eat, but the crop is bigger this year and I would love to eat a few. I will cook some off and have them with ice cream, good idea Carrust.

..... And perhaps I'll freeze a few to have in an autumn crumble.
I make cordial and freeze it in small bottles
Blackcurrants make a nice pie
