how to remove brown discoloration from ovendoor glass ,seems as if its in the laminated glass, why as this happened

Try spraying with Mr. Muscle oven cleaner.

Oven doors should be double glazed. Sometimes muck gets in between the two layers. It may well be that you have to take the inside glass off and give both sheets an application of oven cleaner. Chances are, there will be easily accessible screws to remove that will allow you to do this.

Probably burnt fat/oil. Indeed the inner glass is often removable.
