Fixing curtains in conservatory

I'm trying to put up some voil curtains in my conservatory. I can't drill into the frame (presumably metal) so I got some of those suction hooks to hold up the curtain wire but they aren't strong enough on their own, keep popping off. I tried a bit of no more nails on the back of them but I guess it doesn't like either the rubber or the metal.

Can you think of anything else that would hold the suction hooks on?

It may be that there is some residual grease on the frame, preventing the suction cups from sticking. Try wiping with alcohol and try again. Failing that, contact the manufacturers of the double glazing and see what they say.
Do you live anywhere near a Morrisons supermarket? They sell suction hooks that have a little lever on them (we use them in the bathroom for towels) and when you put the suctin cup on your tiles and press the lever, it makes the suction much tighter. They comes in packs with different sizes i them.
Or could you change and use the spring loaded tension curtain poles? Lots at B&Q

Not sure who the manufacturer was, its a rented house (which is why I can't drill).

Think there is a morrisons down the road winner, ill pop in tomorrow and give them a try after trying angels idea of cleaning with alcohol. Thanks both.

Brill, I'll have a look at them tomorrow too. Only problem is one side is really long, will have to see if they go up to that length.
You can buy hooks that stick on to the wall but are removable without leaving a mark. They're made by 3M - I got mine from Tesco
