Dishwasher

We have a Neff dishwasher, about 7years old. Over the last few days we have noticed that it seems to be taking ages to complete a cycle. We use the hottest wash cycle and yesterday it took almost 3hours to complete it. This surely can't be right! We live in a hard water area and use one of those cleaning things in it now and again. Any one got any ideas please?

Try it on the hottest wash with no dishes in and no powder, this should be done once a month. I had a problem and it was taking ages so check if its pumping the water out as well. & years is not bad for a dishwasher, appliances online are the best for buying a new one, all on internet and next day delivery for a tenner. look in stores for what you want and then get model and make and go to them afterwards.
