I have just replaced a bell box and a control panel with a new battery. The light will not go out, the green light is on, i have tried all the codes the new control panel is a accenta/optima thank you

Think it might be a house alarm, but it's not a very clear question. I can't work out if they've replaced a bell box and a control panel, or put new batteries in just the control panel, or maybe both.
