call diverting when theres a fault on your line

my bt phone line developed a fault today and i reported it online,ive been given a date by which it should be resolved and i see that i can have my calls diverted to my mobile free of charge.however i just wanted to check that the callers would be charged for landline calls if they divert to my mobile.tia

Yes they will. Additional charges are always applied to the diverting account rather than the caller's account (wouldn't be very fair on callers otherwise). So in your case nobody should get charged any extra.

thanks, i thought that was the case i just wanted to be sure as ive never used it before.
