i want to know can i mix Multi Finish with plastering sand 1 Multi Finish and 3 plastering sand for skiming a wall

Not for skimming ............ that should be Multi on it's own.
For backing coats (first coat on bare masonry), certainly for small areas or patching. I wouldn't recommend it though, unless you're experienced. It'll probably catch off too quickly. That will make it hard to rule off (straighten it up.)
You'd be much happier with a bag of "Hardwall" or "Bonding Coat".
What's the substrate? (Techie word for what sort of wall you bung it on.)
