I he had this machine for about 5 years without any problems, but lately it doesnt hiss steam when plugged in as before and it takes me a while to keep pumping the handle before it starts to hiss steam, obviously its going to give up the ghost soon , is there anywhere within the M25 that does repairs pls ?

many thanx, very helpful, woudldnt be able to do this myself but next time son calls will ask him to do it for me.
