Transfer house in husbands name

I don't get on with my husband, I want to leave but everything is in my name.......I really don't want anything from him. Could I just transfer the property into his name, even if he has bad credit rating? I own 1 house which I rent out and own a business, with a 3 bedroom flat. I just want to walk away and have a fresh start.
