my 4 year old has said he is leaving home! :-(((( He wants to leave cause he thinks everybody is horrible lol probably cause i just told him off for squealing.

He has packed his case (well, hes put a toy inside one of my slippers and is calling it his case) and he is deciding where to go and live.
He has just asked me where is a good place to live! Oh hold on, hes decided that Eastenders is a good place for him to live! There or Hollyoaks!

What shall i do about this??? I think he's serious!!!! Do i let him go and enjoy eternal peace (me not him) or shall i keep him here, against his will to make him suffer??

hollyoaks is a much better place!
You must be an orrible mum to the poor little chap,
AAAhh I get it now,,, that is why you have fallen in love with me,,, you wanted me to come and keep him in check didn't you ?
Question Author
well he is only joking, has a funny sense of humour for a 4 year old, i think he is anyway, well he hasnt made a move yet!

perigra, is holyloaks any better? I think its the lesser of the 2 evils!
for any full blooded male it's much better!!!
Question Author
no logic, but if he moves out , you can move in, ya see where im coming from??? ;-)
Im a wicked mum me! lol

i reckon you could have a point there perigra but as a mother i think eastenders is the safer option!!!

knobby, dont feel bad! It aint your fault.
Oh jullie, well it had to come, put him on a train to us,

I remember doing the same sort of thing when I was about 7, I packed a ;little case, mostly with toy soldiers and farm animals, lol, and I can remember shouting I am going and my dad saying hurry up and go, and put the wood in the hole before you go, so I did, I sat on the neighbours step for about half an hour and my dad came out and said christ you ain't gone far is that where you are gonna live? or do you want to come back and I will make you spam fritters and chips,, no choice was there I loved spam fritters, so back I went to give them one more go at treating me proper.
dont forget his
packed lunch

holly oaks is a good place x
hi jules
i see why you would think that julie but if he went to eastenders he'd be on antidepresants before he was six!
thanks for the rating. i based my answer on personal experience.

many years ago my young brother did the same .. we wrapped some bread and cheese up in a tea towel and hung it on the end of a small branch .. off he went - stick on shoulder . all the way round the estate.

he was back within half an hour - all repentant.

the funniest part of the episode was watching the cat following him into the distance about five paces behind him
Question Author
well ray, i have already bought the train tickets lol
he wasnt serious though, we were mucking about, having fun! He just makes me laugh how he paked his case and kept asking where he should go and live that is nice lolI think sometimes he's 14 not 4!
i do remember my eldest doing it though, he wrote a note and went and hid, but his dad came to pick him up before we saw the note, not sure how long he hid for before he realised no one was looking for him! lol we thought he was just sulking in his room but obviously it was his elaborate plan to make us think he had gone ! Bless him! The note said "mum, ive gone, i love you" he'd written it on the back of a footbal sticker! In fact, i think i need to remind him of this story when his girlfriend gets here later!

me, a wicked mother, NEVER!!!!!!!!!!! ;-)
Hold on a minute JULIE, you saying I'd be a substitute for a four year old ??
Question Author
excellent excelsior, i hope you still remind him about it! bless him! i once got as far as packing a little case when i was about 10 because my brother had upset me but my lovely dad soon talked me out of it, i think i got sweets too!
:-)

hello monty, already made!! lol

logic, never, he wakes up at 7.30 full of beans and happy as a sandboy, do you call that a substitue??????
pack him a lunch julie and let him sit in the shed , i will be like his own little house and when hes had enough he will come out
ERR ,,ERR NO, i could never do that,

Sigh,,,,,,all my hopes are Dashed now

All because of an orrid four year old.

dream on logic,
Aw Jules, bless him, leaving home at 4! I recall packing a case myself all ready to leave but decided to wait until Crackerjack was over, then I forgot to go!

Hi Excelsior, how are you doing? Long time no see.
i'm fine warpig. thanks for asking.

hope you are well
Question Author
shanx i thought you'd hit on something there but i'd read it as "he'll come out when he's old enough" ;-)

logic, ask me which i would rather have ??? a 7.30 wake up or ato be more gently eased into the day???? You're still in there!!! :-)
