They've offered me a fixed rate on my gas and electricity of £4350.32 based on my history

They've also been kind enough to show the projection as things stand, £2354.86.

Now, two questions given that there's a more-or-less two grand difference:

i. What do they REALLY know about what's coming down the track and
ii. Do they think I'm the insane reincarnation of Andrew Carnegie?
