Rough Prices For Bills Per Month - Help :)

Hello all,
I'm looking at moving out to a 2 bedroom house with 2 other people. I'm trying to get a rough price of what it all may come to every month (excluding the actual rent and council tax, im just looking at the main type of bills).
for 3 people on average how much do you think water will come to? gas? electric? i know it will be hard to gauge but i just need some sort of figure to go by so i know how much rent i can afford...

A typical household fuel bill (gas + electricity) currently stands at around £1500 per year, so that's around £125 per month.
£45 per month is a guideline figure for water usage by a 3-person household:

Remember that you'll probably need to add on the cost of a landline phone (perhaps £18 per month for the line rental if everyone is honest and pays for their own calls; rather more if they don't!), together with broadband provision for the house (which could add perhaps another £15 per month on).
So that's roughly £200 per month. So £70 per head might cover it.

Unless you're prepared to restrict your internet usage to the relatively meagre amounts that come with mobile phone accounts (and only use devices which can access those accounts) you'll need either a conventional landline or a cable connection (which generally cost about the same per month for rental anyway) in order to have internet access via a common router.
It makes far more sense to have one service for the whole house than for each of you to make your own arrangements but remember to go for a service with has as fast a download speed as possible (which means cable, where available), and no limits on downloads, because three people streaming services like Netflix simultaneously (perhaps while using their laptops for social media purposes at the same time) uses a vast amount of data!
