whats the best way to trim 4mm off kitchen kickboards
had lyno fitted now i need to take 4mm off them should i use a plane or a jig saw or is there another way. cheers in advance

As it's only 4mm - I would "sand" it off using a power sander (preferably a belt sander) with a rough sanding sheet. When it fits, turn the facia board over so that the trimmed side is at the top and cannot be seen as it is usually recessed about 3-4cm. Seal the gap between the board and your lino or any spills could swell the facia board.
